Rev Kids

We welcome families at Revolution. While adults are being taught, there is a place for children to go and learn about Jesus and the Gospel as well.

We have a nursery for babies, and a class for 2-4 year old with their own curriculum, crafts, and snacks.

Students in Kindergarten to Fifth Grade participate in Rev Kids. At Revolution we want kids to understand the Gospel and what we as Christians believe. We have three curriculum we use in Rev Kids as well as Catechism questions.

Below you will find a brief summary of each curriculum.

The Ology

Truth is for kids, not just for adults! So The Ology gives kids of all ages a beginner’s theology book to help them understand who God is and how we, as his children, relate to him. Arranged within a traditional systematic theological framework, each truth in The Ology is also connected to the larger redemptive story of Scripture. The doctrine of God, for example, is presented in the larger framework of creation, where the attributes of God are on display and easier to understand. Designed for six-year-olds through preteens, Revolution Church has adapted this systematic theology into kid friendly curriculum where they can learn truths of the Bible through question and play. We have also made a toddler adaptation of the curriculum so all ages can start learning who God is!

The Jesus Storybook Bible

The Jesus Storybook Bible tells that Story beneath all the stories in the Bible. From Noah to Moses to the great King David, every story points to a Child. The one upon whom everything would depend…

There are lots of stories in the Bible. But all the stories are telling one big story. The story of how God loves his children and comes to rescue them. The Jesus Storybook Bible invites children to discover for themselves the one who is at the center of God’s great rescue story — and at the center of their story, too.

Because the Bible isn’t a book of rules. Or a book of heroes. The Bible is most of all a story. And at the center of that story is a baby. And every single story in the Bible whispers his name.

Theo Curriculum

Through fun and engaging storytelling, Theo teaches children God’s word and how they ought to live in light of it.

Enjoy the stories and lessons of Theo, a student of God’s Word. Our animated series guides children and adults through a careful study of systematic theology, capturing the attention of young minds with humor and engaging animation.

You’ll get to know Theo, who lives in a cozy corner of a quaint English village, and his two mouse friends, Luther and Belfry. Theo discusses topics such as the doctrines of salvation, God’s character, the Bible, and Godly living in a way that make children want to learn more about the Christian faith. Plus, Luther and Belfry always seem to find themselves in a fun adventure!
